Most tax apps (Koinly, CoinLedger, CoinTracking, Accointing) accept CSV imports — map columns if required.
Import each currency CSV separately, then reconcile. For exchanges or fiat conversions, include bank statements to match deposits/withdrawals.
Keep a note of timezones (CSV timestamps may be UTC). Convert consistently for tax reporting.

Troubleshooting

Can't find export option: Make sure you're in the account's transaction view; Suite updates can move menu items — update to the latest Suite version.
Device not recognized: Try a different USB cable/port, check OS permissions, or use the desktop app if the web version has issues.
Missing transactions: Trezor Suite relies on indexers for some chains; give it time to sync or enable the correct network settings.

Advanced: Export via Third-Party Wallet Indexers

If you maintain many wallets and want consolidated exports, some bookkeeping platforms can pull data directly from addresses (read-only). This requires you to provide wallet addresses (not seeds) and is read-only — never share private keys. Use this only with trusted services and always check API scopes.

Security reminder: Trezor Suite exports are safe for bookkeeping — they do not contain your recovery seed or private keys. Never enter your 24-word seed into a website or tool to "retrieve transactions".

Q: Can I export token transfers (ERC-20)?
A: Yes — token transfers are typically included in the Ethereum account history. If a token has a separate account view, export that as well.

Q: My wallet shows multiple addresses — which one to export?
A: Export the parent account (e.g., Bitcoin account) — Suite will include transactions across derived addresses. For full forensic work, export each sub-account if available.

Q: Are exported CSVs private?
A: CSVs contain public addresses (on-chain). Treat them as sensitive financial records and store them encrypted if you don't want others to view your activity.
